About Us
Boise Psychological Services was started by Michael J. Eisenbeiss, Ph.D. in 1974. Dr. Eisenbeiss was employed as the Chief Psychologist for Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Region IV and worked part-time in his private practice. In 1975 Dr. Eisenbeiss left Health and Welfare to work full-time at Boise Psychological Services. He has supervised and trained a number of psychologists, counselors and social workers. Boise Psychological Services offers a variety of counseling and testing services.
Our Staff
Janey Merrill, office manager and insurance/billing specialist, has been employed at Boise Psychological Services for over 20 years. She was formerly employed by Community Counseling Services of Boise. She is able to answer any questions about insurance benefits and co-pays. She will also answer emails of inquiry.
Susan Wakeley, receptionist, has been employed by Boise Psychological Services for over 9 years. She brings experience from past employment with Mercy Medical Center in Nampa, Idaho. She has one of the warmest and hospitable greetings and will be helpful in deciding what therapist would best for your situation. She can also investigate insurance coverage for you.
